Description
Colistin is a antibacterial agent with a bactericidal activity against gram negative bacteria like E Coli,Haemophilus and Salmonela. It belongs to polymixin group. It is not absorbed from the intestine when taken orally, so it is mainly effective in gastro-enteric infections.

Colistin sulphate (B.P)……………9600000000IU.
INDICATIONS
E-Cole powder is indicated to prevent and treat diseases of gastrointestinal tract that are caused by microorganisms that are sensitive to colistin sulfate in poultry which includes Colibacillosis, salmonellosis, streptococcal and staphylococcal infections.
